About Shizuhiko Ishikawa Shizuhiko Ishikawa is the Manager in the International Division in charge of the Global Business Opportunities Convention for the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He previously served as Secretary General for the Japanese Chambers of Commerce in Bangkok and Singapore. Mr. Ishikawa is a graduate of Osaka University. About Miki Nakamura Miki Nakamura is the U.S. Director for the USA-Japan Trade Expansion Center. Prior to her work at the Center, she was the International Education Program Coordinator at the University of West Florida from 1992 to 1994. From 1988 to 1992 Ms. Nakamura was Planning Coordinator for the Japan Creative Service in Osaka. She holds a B.A. degree in International Studies from the University of West Florida and a B.A. in English Literature from Doshisha Women’s College in Kyoto, Japan. Ms. Nakamura taught Japanese as a second language at the University of West Florida in 1993 and 1995.
