An all-day workshop designed to answer the questions:

• what are export controls;
• why do they exist;
• how to classify a product;
• is an export license required;
• is there a license exception that can be used;
• how long does it take to get an export license; and,
• how to ensure compliance with the Export Administration Regulations?

About the Instructors

The three instructors are experienced export policy specialists, licensing officers, and engineers from BXA's Washington, DC headquarters. The instructors will be available throughout the workshop to answer your questions on how the export regulations affect export activities of your organization or client.

This seminar is designed for exporters, freight forwarders, carriers, international trade consultants, attorneys, and others who support and advise exporters.
